This is a fantastic role for a talented leader who is a dynamic, creative individual seeking a career in social change.
This position entails managing in the field and leading from the front, inspiring and coaching a team of 4 – 8 quality fundraisers, working in a variety of venues including markets, festivals and street venues.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and distributing rosters to team on weekly basis
- Conducting effective team meetings and briefings
- Conducting ongoing team based training sessions
- Conducting effective development, coaching, training & orientation sessions for Wilderness Defenders
- Preparing weekly and monthly plans for the team
- Ensuring team are performing consistently at budget level
- Motivating team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Ordering all stock to maintain team’s sales efforts
- Ensuring safety & security procedures are adhered to
- Achieving individual sales targets on a weekly basis

Ideal attributes:
- Extensive fundraising experience in either a face to face or door to door environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of legal boundaries of fundraising
- Ability to coach other team members
- Well developed planning and organisational skills

- Have high ethics and confidentiality when dealing with the public
