Wednesday 3 September - Bellingen

Where: The Memorial Hall. Hyde Street, Bellingen.

Details: Green Carbon presentation by Gemma Tillack and a presentation from Tim Cadman from University of Tasmania about the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme and how emission trading schemes should work.

Details: Green Carbon presentation by Gemma Tillack and a presentation from Tim Cadman from the University of Tasmania about the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme and how emissions trading scheme's should work.

Tuesday 9 September - Send off greenmail and signed Giant Trees to Prime Minister Kevin Rudd at Parliament House in Canberra.

Where: Meet at Post Office Square, Brisbane.
When: 9:30 - 10:30am
Details: We will be sending signed postcards and some large tree banners which say Mr Rudd, Protect Australia's carbon banks to Prime Minister Rudd in Canberra. The large tree will also have been signed by thousands of Australians who support our call to protect Australia's carbon banks. These items will be delivered to the Prime Minister in Canberra on the 10th of September. This is the last day of the submission period for the Government's Green Paper on the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme.
