In Memorium giving

A gift in lieu of flowers to The Wilderness Society, at the funeral of a loved one is a long lasting way to remember your loved one and appreciate their passion for wilderness conservation - whilst directly contributing towards ongoing campaigns on their behalf.

If you wish to encourage family and friends attending the funeral to make a donation to the society, and the ongoing protection of Australia’s wild places, you may choose to include some wording within a funeral notice such as:
"The family would appreciate a donation to The Wilderness Society in lieu of flowers. An envelope for donations will be available at the service."
Individuals who make a donation in memory of a loved one will be sent a receipt and acknowledgment will be forwarded to the family of your kind wishes and remembrance.
Please ask your Funeral Director to contact us to provide envelopes for the service, or contact Gaye French directly on the details below.
