They are also a great opportunity to learn about TWS's environmental work and get actively involved in campaigns to protect WA's wild places and wildlife. If you are interested in volunteering with us - Perth WAG meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month!

What's on?

February 7th - Join us for the First WAG of the year (6pm), to meet our new community campaigner Melissa Colin and learn about what's coming up. We are seeking volunteers for stalls at festivals plus learn about our new 'Kimberley campaigner' movement and how you can get involved!

March 6th - Join Melissa for a festival and event planning session. We have ideas for an art exhibition and a beach action, but we need your help to plan and promote them. Do you have any ideas? Bring them along. Snacks provided, 6pm start.

April 3rd - Join Jenita for a Marine update & presentation. Did you know that less than 1% of our Kimberley marine life is protected? Learn about the news species that have been found, and what marine protection is being planned for this iconic untouched tropical paradise. 6pm start.

This year we have lots of plans on how to protect, promote and restore the Kimberley region, WA's marine life & the Great Western Woodlands. In the pipeline there are beach events, an art exhibition, a camping trip and lots of festivals to visit ...so come along, meet like-minded people, connect and help out!
