Marine parks - we can stop the dominos falling?

First it was the Shooters Party in New South Wales proposing a 5 year moratorium on new state marine parks and marine sanctuaries. Then Victoria followed with a 4 year moratorium on state marine parks.

Now the Federal Opposition leader, Tony Abbott, has entered into the fray by promising to stop creating marine sanctuaries in Australia if elected Prime Minister at the upcoming federal election.
