Tim will be talking about the current state of play on key Wilderness Society campaigns in Queensland including wild river protection, Cape York conservation and how the results of the recent state election may affect our past achievements, current strategies and future goals.

Lyndon will be providing an overview of Wilderness Society campaigns and tactics, highlighting that mining has emerged as a common thread in the biggest environmental threats to Australia's wild places.

Time: 1.45pm registration for 2pm start
Where: Griffith University Eco-Centre, Griffith University, 170 Kessels Road, Nathan, Queensland.
