The Wilderness Society's Forever Wild Bequest Program is a way of connecting our campaigns with those who have chosen Australia's wild places as their legacy for the future. Forever Wild is our way to show appreciation for support and conservation foresight.

By joining Forever Wild you can have exclusive access to annual events across the country where you will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with campaigners and staff about the campaigns that are close to your heart. Given the commitment that Forever Wild members have made and intend to make through a gift in their Will you can choose how and when you receive information and campaign updates from us. These could include personal visits by our bequest staff, telephone catch ups or simply email or postal updates.

The Wilderness Society is a non-profit organisation founded over 30 years ago. We rely solely on the generosity of members and donors for financial support.

However, in a world undergoing great change and continued environmental challenges, our natural world desperately needs a new approach – one that learns from nature and takes long-term planning into account. WildCountry, our national strategy for protecting, promoting and reconnecting core wilderness areas across Australia, is a large part of the solution to climate change.

For WildCountry to become a reality, we require long-term, ongoing funding and this is why leaving a gift in your Will to the Wilderness Society is so important.
