Below is the suggested wording for your client to use when writing the specifics of their gift in their Will to the Wilderness Society.

It is not compulsory that they use this exact wording, however, it will reduce misunderstandings and ensure their wishes are met.

If your client wants to leave a bequest that is more complicated than the above suggested wording, please contact one of our bequest officers for a confidential conversation before their Will is completed.

Would you like to join our “Solicitor Friends of Forever Wild” list?
