ABBOTT’S GREEN CREDENTIALS: A GOOD LAUGH
What:
The Wilderness Society will greet guests tonight at The Sydney Institute’s event featuring Tony Abbott speaking about his environmental credentials.
His decision to oppose protection of Australia’s last wild rivers and dump Wild Rivers legislation shows he is no “fair dinkum” environmentalist.
The Society will attempt to take the opportunity of presenting Mr Abbott with the "Golden Bulldozer Award 2010", a coveted trophy.
