The Wilderness Action Group (WAG) is a wonderful team of people of all ages and backgrounds who care passionately about our natural environment - and are prepared to stand up and do something about conserving it.

Everything we do is focused towards helping achieve Wilderness Society campaign wins, and getting involved is also a great way to meet like-minded people whilst taking part in creative and meaningful activities.

Throughout the course of the year you will find WAG members doing everything from the City to Surf, taking part in street theatre, organising demonstrations, lobbying politicians and painting banners, to going on camping trips, conceiving environmental 'actions' and playing Samba instruments.

We also have a soccer team which is so far undefeated!  Check out what's happening and get involved.

The Wilderness Action Group (WAG) meets from 6pm on the first and third Tuesday of every month
at the Wilderness Society (Sydney) HQ, Suite 402, 64-76 Kippax St, Surry Hills.

There are presentations, activities, planning sessions, creative workshops and more-all geared towards
getting people involved in protecting our last wild places.

There are normally drinks and nibbles provided too and it's all FREE...so come along and join in.
