The Stampede (Brisbane) - Volunteers needed!

Volunteers are needed to help with a fantastic fundraiser for the Wilderness Society!

Woodford, Qld (just 1 hour north of Brisbane)

Enthusiastic event volunteers are currently being recruited to work at The Stampede – an epic endurance challenge that will push competitors to their limits. The Stampede requires participants to run wild through a gruelling 5km or 10km obstacle course which includes crawling through thick mud, climbing cargo nets, sliding down a giant slip’n’slide and running through live wires!

This year The Stampede is raising crucial funds for CanTeen, Lifeline and The Wilderness Society.

The Stampede is a massive event and requires a large and dedicated team of incredible volunteers who want to have a great day out whilst raising awareness and funds for important causes.  This large event requires over 200 volunteers to assist with event day registration, cloakroom checking, course marshalling and more.

Volunteering at The Stampede is a fun way be a part of a great charity event, see behind the scenes, cheer on your friends or other competitors and just simply have a really good time while working in an amazing team for a few hours. You can also volunteer for half of the day and join the Wilderness Society Racing Team for the other!

As a volunteer you will also be entitled to free camping, a 5km event ticket so you can be part of the action, and much more!
