10th Kimberley Consulate outside Shell & Chevron and BP offices
Shell, Chevron and BP are Joint Venture partners, who along with Woodside and BHP Billiton, are interested in the State Government's industrial hub proposal for James Price Point, 50km north of Broome.
Shell, Chevron, and BP are three of the Joint Venture
partners (with Woodside and BHP Billiton) for the Browse Basin gasfield in the
Kimberley. However, they are yet to sign on to Woodside's proposed
industrial site at James Price Point (north of Broome).
We can convince them not to sign up, with
your help! Let these companies know that you want them to say "no!" to
industrial development on the unique Kimberley coast.
Join the action - banners, music, costumes, fliers to hand out, signatures to collect, media to talk to. Its all happening... To check out last month's action - visit our WA facebook page http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=44813892654
