Did you know? Less than 3% of WA's sea life in state waters is fully protected by sanctuaries

- Real Marine Parks, Surf Circle, WA 2008
Currently the WA state government is looking to protect part of Camden Sound in the Kimberley, where our amazing Humpback Whales migrate to give birth to their calves. We need to ensure that the government establishes marine sanctuaries in the Kimberley that are large enough to fully protect the whales and other amazing marine life in the area.
Dr. Jill StJohn, marine coordinator for The Wilderness Society & former fisheries scientist explains,
"With your help, the summer Sanctuary Series will help Save Our Sea Life by increasing marine sanctuaries in Western Australia."
