The weather turned it up for the 'Surf Circle' for Sanctuaries event this weekend at Cottesloe main beach, with over 50 participants joining hands to show support for marine sanctuaries.

A big thank-you goes out to all the volunteers to gave their time to make it a successful day. We received coverage on RTR radio, Channel 7 & the Westpac helicopter hovered over our 'connect to protect' ring for a good few minutes capturing some great shots. Below are a few shots:

The Summer Sanctuary series is a fun way to get active and make a difference within your community, but a hand written letter to our Primer of WA Colin Barnett does make a significant personal impression.

Please take five minutes of you time to write a letter asking that our Premier create a large marine park with significant sanctuary zones, that will really protect our pristine Kimberley. Our Sea Life will thank you!
