“One of the things I love about nature photography is taking the time to slow down and observe wildlife. I sat for half a day watching finches and other birds on this morning in the Kimberley when I lucked upon this one landing a few metres in front of me,” says Glenn.
“This is a sunrise shot from outside my tent on a hike in Purnululu National Park. Later that day it absolutely poured rain and the waterfalls tumbling off the strange beehive rock structures were a sight to behold,” says Glenn.
“Karijini National Park is easily one of my favourites to photograph in the whole country. Like many east-coasters, I hadn't even heard of it until I ventured over to Western Australia, but was amazed by its stunning gorges and striking colours,” says Glenn.
“The tall forests of South-West WA have been badly logged over recent decades but the Wilderness Society and other conservation organisations have thankfully helped seen the protection of remaining forest like this one,” says Glenn.
